Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
  2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  3. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
  4. Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
  5. Oversee and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and targets.
  6. Stay updated on the latest market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  8. Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
  9. Identifying training needs, designing sales training programs, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
  10. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  11. Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales management within the IT professional services sector or similar sector.
  3. Strong understanding of solutions, services, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage others in a professional environment.
  8. Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence.
