Location: Beamsville, ON, Salary: $25.50/h, 35 h /week

Terms of Employment: permanent, full time, regular

Job requirements: Education: Min College/CEGEP or university in business, tourism or hospitality administration, Experience: 1 - 2 years, Ability to Supervise 5-10 people, Willing to travel, Willing to relocate, Accurate, Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Flexibility, Client focus, Organized, Initiative, Co-ordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events, Co-ordinate and monitor  activities and attend to related details, Arrange for production or purchase of promotional products, Assist in budget preparation, Assist in site selection and attend to related details knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Windows

Duties: Develop marketing and communication plans, Prepare, present and manage budgets, Determine requirements for hospitality services, printing and other technical services, and arrange for and manage contracts for these services, Plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services, Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits, Plan schedules, goals and objectives, arrange for shipping, receiving and storage  as required, Develop registration systems and information materials, Research and design special events programs, Plan for on-site offices, Plan for social events and guest programs, Manage Event Logistics, Identify human resources requirements
