Plan organize , control and evaluate daily operations of busy restaurant in the Niagara FAlls tourist area.
Monitor revenues and modify procedurs and prices to ensure maximum profitability. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed carefully. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of banquet hall facilities. Develop and analyaze budges. Participate in marketing plans and implemntation. Set Staff work schedules and monitor staff performance for 5-10 employees. . Recruit, train and supervise staff. Address customers complaints or concers by providing pro - active customer services to ensure satisfaction.Order and maintain inventory. Develop banquet business and introduce new menu items to increase profitability and attractiveness.
On occasion may have to offer assistance in food preparation .
40 hours per week, permanent position flexible hours,
