Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote towing and recovery services.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract customers.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing efforts.
• Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
• Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to enhance brand reputation.
• Optimize the company website and improve SEO for better online visibility.
• Establish partnerships with auto repair shops, insurance companies, and dealerships.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve outreach efforts.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services professionally.
