Furniture Finishers Supervisor

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who assemble furniture and fixtures of any materials, operate woodworking machines and finish furniture to specified colour or finish.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Resolve work Problems, Provide technical advice & recommend measures to improve productivity
• Train or arrange for training
• Oversee safety operation
• Supervise 5-10 workers
• 40 hours per week employment 

Education: College certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Certificate  or experience in carpentry

Cabinetmaking, mill work and woodworking experience or a certificate required

Experience minimum 1 year or less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical business location

Security and Safety Requirements:

Basic security clearance, driving record check, Medical exam, & criminal record check

Transportation :

Valid driving license, own transportation & vehicle
