Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail and team development? We’re looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Milton, Ontario. This is an on-site position where your expertise in managing day-to-day store operations will directly contribute to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

Education: Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma)
Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Work Environment: This is an on-site role. All duties must be performed at the physical business location. Remote work is not available.
Job Responsibilities
Key Tasks Include:

Oversee and lead daily business operations

Monitor store performance and sales activities

Manage and train team members (5–10 staff)

Develop marketing and merchandising strategies

Handle recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations

Source and manage inventory and vendor relationships

Resolve customer concerns and inventory issues
