Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and arrange the activities of staff who prepare and serve food to the customers
• Prepare work schedules of crew members and procedures as per management request
• Order and estimate ingredients and supplies required for preparation of meal
• Ensure that food and service comply with quality standards
• Prepare and submit reports
• Keep track of stock, sales, and wastage of food
• Train crew in job responsibilities, safety procedures and hygiene standards.

Supervision

• 3-4 people
• Food and beverage servers
• Food service counter attendants and food preparers
• Kitchen and food service helpers
