Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree 

Experience: One year or more years of experience 

Specific Skills: 

• Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering projects. This involves setting timelines, deciding on budget allocations, and ensuring projects adhere to schedules and specifications.

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and supporting staff. This includes hiring, training, and mentoring team members, as well as conducting performance reviews.

• Supervise and contribute to the design of mechanical systems and components.

• Ensure designs are efficient, viable, and in compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.

• Address and resolve complex engineering issues that arise during project planning, development, and execution phases. 

• Implement and oversee quality control and assurance measures.

• Ensure that engineering outputs meet both internal standards and external compliance requirements.

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of project execution to ensure projects are completed within the allocated resources.

• Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Participate in strategic planning with other senior leaders to improve operational processes and propose new projects aligned with business goals.
