Job Description:

Circle K is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at our Toronto location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff
• • Maintain inventory and order merchandise as needed
• • Train and schedule employees
• • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• • Monitor sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
