Job requirements: 

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills: 

·  Oversee the activities of team members including apprentices, stagehands, and design personnel

·  Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff

·  Create and manage employee work schedules

·  Address and resolve operational challenges, customer inquiries, complaints, or supply issues

·  Coordinate and manage inventory systems and stock levels

·  Develop, monitor, and manage budget plans along with tracking revenues and expenses

·  Oversee and evaluate day-to-day business operations

·  Supervise personnel and allocate responsibilities appropriately

·  Lead recruitment efforts, including hiring and supervision of employees and/or volunteers

·  Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

·  Analyze market data and trends to assess consumer demand, forecast sales potential, and evaluate competitor impact on business performance
