Indian Bombay Bistro Ltd.  located in Burnaby is looking for a full-time Chefs to join their team as soon as possible in Burnaby.

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes, and create decorative food displays for special events such as banquets
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Create new recipes
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• May plan menus
• May requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory

Eligibility:

Completion of secondary school is required.

Several years of experience

Language: English

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Salary: $36.70 Hourly for 40 Hours per week
