Type: Permanent, Full-Time (On-site)
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: $34.50/hour
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

About the Role

VP Protection Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Dispatchers to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure smooth logistics, and lead a small, efficient team. This position requires on-site work only — no remote option.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement priority-based plans.

• Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.

• Coordinate activities with other departments and work units.

• Prepare and submit operational reports.

• Resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend productivity improvements.

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff.

• Conduct performance evaluations.

• Assign, supervise, and review the work of staff.

• Maintain and organize inventory.

• Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Language: English

• Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) OR equivalent experience.

• Experience: 1 month to less than 7 months in a related supervisory role.

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit holder).
