Salary: $36.10 per hour/30 hr per week; overtime: $54.15 after total of 44 hours in a week

Job Description:
1. Collaborate with international suppliers to clarify quality requirements, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
2. Randomly inspect outbound orders to confirm correct items, quantities, and address labels before shipping to clients.
3. Inspect returned goods or items flagged by clients, categorize defects, and coordinate rework or supplier follow-up.
4. Liaise with suppliers on quality standards, deviations, and corrective actions.
5. Prepare and maintain quality reports, compliance checklists, and supporting documentation for audits.
6. Collect operational data on product quality, client complaints, and process efficiency.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements in sourcing and supply processes.
8. Analyze trends and prepare reports for management with actionable recommendations.
9. Review and verify product specifications with international suppliers to ensure compliance with Canadian standards before shipment.
10. Conduct internal quality audits to ensure adherence to company policies and international trade standards.
Education and Experience:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- or equivalent experience
