Job Title: Communications & Customer Service Officer
Location: Winnipeg, MB R2H 1H1
Work Location: On-site (no remote option)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift work

Education

  • College/CEGEP

Experience

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience


Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Develop and implement communication strategies and programs

  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies

  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers and clients

  • Assist in preparing brochures, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials

  • Provide accurate information and customer support

  • Arrange billing for services, process refunds, credits, and payments

  • Issue receipts and related documentation

  • Receive and log customer complaints, and ensure appropriate follow-up

  • Provide after-sale consultation and ongoing client support


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service-oriented with problem-solving ability

  • Knowledge of communication and promotion strategies

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
