Office Services Co-ordinator
Salary $36.00 per hour with 30 hours per week, full time, regular, work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Requirements: Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in financial management or administration, business management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience on this position, experience in car sales/dealership environment is an asset.
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Adobe Photoshop, MS Project, Mac OS, Quick Books, SharePoint, Social Media, Spreadsheet, Inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Google Drive, LinkedIn, MAC.
Personal suitability: efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, team player.
Tasks
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Monitor and evaluate
- Oversee payroll administration
