Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices with precision and efficiency.
Repair or replace defective components such as screens, batteries, and internal circuits.
Perform firmware updates, software installations, and factory resets as required.
Install, configure, dismantle, and service telephone & mobile systems and related components.
Ensure all repairs meet iFocus quality standards and are documented accurately.
Maintain secure handling of client data and ensure confidentiality during repairs.
Provide technical support and guidance to team and clients regarding device usage and care.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate mobile device support into broader IT solutions.
Keep updated with the latest trends in mobile technology and repair techniques.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mobile devices.
Manage inventory of mobile repair tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
