Job Overview
Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings

Establish and maintain office procedures and routines

Schedule and confirm appointments

Manage contracts and records

Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries

Provide customer service and basic bookkeeping support

Order and maintain office supplies

Set up and manage manual and computerized filing systems

Conduct performance reviews and support HR functions

Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations
Qualifications
-
Education: College diploma or certificate (1–2 years) OR equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in an administrative role

Language: English
-
Area of experience: Immigration and/or Human Resources is an asset

Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, team player, dependable
