Location: 8771 Road No 5, Richmond (BC) V6Y 2V5

Salary: CDN $36.60/hr for 30-40 hours a week

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full time

Start date: As soon as possible.

Vacancies: 3 (Three)

Job requirements: -

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required

Experience: 1 to 2 years experience

Work Environment: Outdoors, Dusty

Job Duties:

• Operate heavy equipment viz excavator, loader, bulldozer to load and grade earth, rock, gravel or other construction materials
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment
• Clear and level construction sites, remove debris and prepare areas for building and infrastructure work
• Read blue prints and site plans to ensure excavation, avoiding underground utilities and structures
• Communicate with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Log daily activities, maintenance checks and any incidents or delays

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast paced environment; Physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks
