Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering
Work Experience: More than 5 years of business management experience or systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory experience.

We are seeking experienced business systems analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of more than 5 years of business management experience
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments and companies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
• Control the budget and expenditures of the department, company or project
• Recruit and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel and oversee their professional development and training.
• Developed and directed the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with core business objectives through effective policy and resource management.
• Established major departments and administrative controls, structuring essential functions to maintain a cohesive operational framework.
• Allocated and optimized financial, material, and human resources to support key company programs, policies, and overall efficiency.
• Designed and implemented human resource and promotional strategies to strengthen market positioning and uphold quality standards.
• Maintained oversight of financial and administrative priorities, driving company goals with a focus on stability and operational excellence.
