Education required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience required: 7 months to less than 1 year

Language required: English

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

The job title of the employee will be Carpentry Supervisor. The job duties will be the following:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of carpenters involved in construction, renovation, and maintenance of wooden and other structural materials.
• Supervise cabinetmakers that build and repair custom wood cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related products.
• Plan and establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate tasks with other departments and trades.
• Requisition and manage materials, tools, and supplies as needed for ongoing projects.
• Identify and resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Train or arrange training sessions for workers to ensure skill development and adherence to quality standards.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, or reassignments based on performance and project needs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain work schedules, progress reports, and other required documentation.
