Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure furniture sales targets are met.
• Train and motivate sales associates on furniture features and selling techniques.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to furniture products.

• Address and resolve customer concerns regarding furniture quality and delivery.
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize furniture displays.
• Conduct staff meetings to review sales performance and set furniture-specific goals.
• Ensure showroom furniture is arranged to maximize visual appeal and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales team interactions with customers to enhance service and sales.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports on furniture performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Previous retail or supervisory experience is an asset

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused

Working Conditions

• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

• May involve handling or lifting merchandise

Schedule

Morning, Day, Evening, On-call, Overtime as required
