Security service manager

Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Octopus Zoom Inc. is a private security guard and patrol services firm offering high-level operational, technical and strategic support to both business and individual clients. 

With a growing demand for advanced security in an era of increasing digital and physical threats, Octopus Zoom is continuously expanding its team of skilled professionals.

At this point we are seeking a dedicated Security service manager to join our incredible team.

DUTIES:

-          Coordinate projects and programs

-          Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services

-          Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business

-          Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business

-          Provide expertise in response to clients needs

-          Hire, train, direct and motivate staff

-          Plan and control budget and expenditures

-          Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments

-          Provide customer service

-          Monitor and evaluate

REQUIREMENTS:

-           Completion of secondary school

-           1 year to less than 2 years of work experience is required

-           Spoken and written English language

-           Willing to travel
