Staff management and leadership skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, Exceptional customer service skills, Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities, Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods.

Job Duties:

  • Set department sales objectives and submit annual forecast and monthly profitability reports

  • Organize department meetings and updates as needed

  • Interview, hire, train, develop, and motivate the Service Department team

  • Manage and develop team through regular feedback and annual performance reviews

  • Review and provide advancement opportunities

  • Handle elevated customer issues or complaints until resolution

  • Continuously monitor and improve Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings

  • Identify and implement strategic opportunities for improvement in department processes and spending

  • Establish and maintain a safe, positive work environment by ensuring staff compliance with safety requirements
