PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Career track of documented accomplishments in increasingly complex HR and corporate leadership roles. Professional credentials and documented accomplishments with skills honed successfully serving as a corporate HR leader preferably in the Defense Industry. International experience is considered a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking in the deployment of human capital. Documented accomplishments orchestrating the HR function with proven ability to lead with confidence a Human Resources department supporting an advancing enterprise with multi-site operations. Corporate HR policy-making experiences with record for orchestrating HR services as a strategic and tactical business function required.
Record for successfully orchestrating human resources in support of the goals of continuous growth within an expansive enterprise. Superior organizational skills with an excellent record and acumen for strategic planning of human resource initiatives. Proven assessment and problem solving skills, with ability to add value and increase organizational effectiveness through the alignment of human assets to contain costs and improve financial performance.
Leadership acumen to perform as a true strategic partner to top company executives. Presence and demeanor to interface and work collaboratively with leaders and skill to make significant contributions on key leadership committees to include the Ethics and Compensation Committees.
Working knowledge and expertise in executive compensation issues and strategies required. Skilled in mentoring at the executive level.

Proven ability to establish and lead HR as a strategic and tactical resource for company executives, department managers and supervisors in coordinating HR initiatives, programs, procedures, and policies.
Demonstrated past success in development and implementation of learning and develop programs for all levels of employees.
Proven leadership in developing, testing and orchestrating sound personnel policies, procedures, plans and objectives to advance overall effectiveness, organizational efficiency, and profitability.
Expertise to develop, plan, and manage department budgets.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, and integration.
Professional credibility with working knowledge of industry trends and best practices relative to human resources in multi-site, matrix environments. Proven skill in building a scalable HR program, capable of growing with the organization.

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree a plus, professional certification, and evidence of continuing education.

Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all NK TECHNOLABS Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations (internal and external)
Responsible for timely execution of all personnel-related activities such as Time Sheet completion, Performance Evaluations (Anniversary and Annual), Salary Reviews, Succession Planning, etc.
Responsible for leadership oversight and for ensuring Department/Team training
Minimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities, as defined by management
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
BS/BA in related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive Leadership Experience.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with leaders at all levels.
