Full-Time Permanent position
$17/hour for 40 hours per week
3 to 5 years of experience in a Restaurant/Hotel in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, proven experience of excellent customer service skills.
*Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
*Maintain proper inventory of food supplies and estimate food requirements;
*Manage kitchen staff attendance, time-sheets and shifts.
*Maintain high quality hygiene in the kitchen and work area, ensure safety
and hygiene measures are followed by the staff by training them.
*Handle customer queries and complaints in an effective and timely manner
*Maintain proper use of kitchen equipment and gadgets
*Order food supplies and replenish all stocks in the kitchen
*Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen helpers. Train new hires.
