Require Cook of East Endian dishes for preparation of appetizers, vegetables, salads, entrees and desserts for banquet and conferences. Education is not too important, however we require minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the preparation of a variety of curries as well as tandoor dishes. Able to prepare both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.
Must be a team player, flexible and able to train and oversee kitchen helpers and junior cooks maintain kitchen to highest degree of cleanliness , maintain basic inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Able to wrok days, evenings and weekends to a flexible schedule.
Salary to start is $16.00 per hour based on a 40 hour work week. Position is permanent and salary increase will be considered after successful completion of 3 month trial period.
