Main Duties and Responsibilities
Generate new leads with the aim of creating more qualified sales
Identify potential clients in the target market, Latin America, and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
At least 5+ years of related experience
Proven track record in strong presentation skills
Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level
Strong research and strategic analysis skills are required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Demonstrated achievement in sales
Good understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose most suitable solutions for clients
Portuguese language fluency is preferred
Knowledge of business environment and Brazilian culture is an asset
Industry related knowledge of dealing with high net worth partners/clients is an asset
Pay Rate/ Salary: $37 per hour
