Job Duties:

Keep records of financial transactions for the establishment using computerised accounting systems.

Reconcile and balance accounts.

Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.

Calculate taxes, prepare payroll cheques, and submit tax returns.

Prepare a list of accounts receivable and follow up on collections.

Manage payment of business bills and maintain related records.

Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.

Keep financial information up to date.

Generate accounting and financial analytical reports as required.

Compute, type, and mail monthly statements to clients and/or customers.
