Ande ka Funda is a famous Indian restaurant serving thousands of clients on weekly basis with different combination of uniquely prepared EGG dishes blind with varity of curries, breads, sauses, and herbs. We serve large number of Indian food items with different daws, toppings, dressings, etc., and have been operate seven days a week for long hours.
We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced candidate who can work in weekdays and weekends (full time – 5 days and 40 hours per week) as a Cook and perform folloing responsibilities.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Adhere to established recipes and cooking standards to ensure consistent food quality.
- Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces according to recipes and cooking.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens, to prepare menu items.
- Cook food with proper temperature and using all fresh ingredients of top quality as required.
- Ensure food and beverages are properly packaged and presented for customer consumption.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Responsible for planning menus, determining portion sizes, estimating food requirements and costs, and also oversee the monitoring and ordering of supplies.
- Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
- Monitoring and managing cooking tools and ingredients
Education required: High School Graduation.
Experience required: Two year in cooking Egg items with indian curry and hurbs.
Salary: $36.00 per hour
