Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and the dealership website, to promote cars, offers, and services.

Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, existing customers, or media, providing clear and accurate information about vehicles, financing options, promotions, and dealership policies, both in writing and verbally.

Conduct surveys and collect feedback from customers to better understand their preferences, vehicle choices, and buying behavior, guiding marketing strategies and inventory promotion.

Plan, coordinate, and manage events such as car launches, test-drive events, seasonal promotions, or community outreach, including promotion and media engagement.

Create content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, brochures, and blogs, to highlight available vehicles, dealership services, and industry news.

Design and produce engaging visual content, such as photos, videos, and graphics of vehicles, showroom displays, and promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers.

Update and maintain the dealership website, ensuring vehicle listings, promotions, and content are accurate and up-to-date.

Partner with local influencers, automotive bloggers, and industry partners to promote cars, dealership events, and special offers.

Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing customer concerns, promoting positive testimonials, and improving overall dealership reputation.

Evaluate dealership environment and customer service, suggesting improvements to enhance the car buying experience.

Coordinate marketing initiatives for events, special promotions, seasonal offerings, and financing deals to drive showroom traffic and sales.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring maximum reach and impact for the dealership.

Manage social media presence, engage with followers, respond to customer queries, and build a community of loyal car enthusiasts and buyers.
