Job Summary
Air and Oceanland Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage and coordinate day-to-day office administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining efficient office procedures while supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and carry out day-to-day administrative procedures to support transportation operations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, and operational documents.
- Compile and update records related to shipments, fleet activity, and office administration.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and operational deadlines for management and staff.
- Establish and maintain filing systems for transportation, compliance, and office records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense summaries, and administrative reports.
- Order office supplies and coordinate administrative services as required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper handling of company information.
- Support compliance with company policies and transportation-related regulations.
Job Requirements
Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years of relevant administrative experience
