Salary: $74,800 – $75,000 annually (negotiable)

Hours: 40–60 hours per week | Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

•           Operate flatbed trucks to transport goods.

•           Secure loads using chains, straps, and tarps in accordance with company and safety regulations.

•           Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment readiness.

•           Load and unload materials safely using appropriate tools and securement methods.

•           Ensure proper weight distribution and verify load stability before departure.

•           Follow all local traffic laws and company safety policies during daily operations.

•           Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and equipment inspection records.

•           Communicate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules.

•           Monitor load conditions throughout the route and adjust securement when necessary.

•           Report any mechanical issues, safety hazards, or delays to the dispatch team immediately.

Requirements

• Valid AZ (Class 1 / Class A) Driver’s License

• Air Brakes Endorsement

• Minimum 1–2 years of flatbed or commercial driving experience

• Valid passport and ability to travel cross-border

• Clean driving abstract and valid driver’s licence

• Ability to pass criminal record check, drug test, and medical exam

• Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles
