Job Summary
Drift Motors, a well-established automobile dealership in Brampton, Ontario, is currently hiring a Sales Supervisor – Retail to oversee and coordinate daily sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, supporting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
An active OMVIC license is a mandatory requirement for this position. Only candidates who meet this requirement and are legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.

Job Description
Drift Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor – Retail to oversee daily sales operations at our automobile dealership. The successful candidate will supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and support sales performance targets.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff

Assign duties and establish work schedules

Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews

Authorize payments and merchandise returns
-
Order and manage inventory
-
Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
-
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues
-
Sell merchandise and manage cash handling
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations
Supervision

Supervises 1–2 employees
Requirements
Education
-
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years)
Experience
-
7 months to less than 1 year in a related retail or sales role
Languages

English (required)

Hindi and Punjabi (assets)
Computer Skills

MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows

Google Drive and Google Docs
