Job Overview

VMB Logistic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our marketing, communication, and promotional initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and enhancing the company’s visibility across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote VMB Logistics’ transportation and logistics services.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing content across social media, w]’[‘]ebsite, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate advertising activities and track campaign performance and lead generation.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer trends.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, designers, and advertising agencies.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of promotional resources.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

  • College/CEGEP diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience with digital marketing, online promotions, and content creation
