Job Overview

Bowling Green Logistic Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure efficient coordination of drivers, routes, and fleet activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
  • Assign routes and schedules based on workload and driver availability.
  • Monitor driver performance and enforce company safety and compliance standards.
  • Provide coaching and support to drivers regarding policies and best practices.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and fuel usage.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams for efficient logistics flow.
  • Handle driver attendance, shift rotations, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or complaints involving drivers.
  • Ensure all driver documentation, licenses, and regulatory records are current and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within transportation or logistics

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage schedules, resolve operational issues, and work under pressure

  • Knowledge of transportation safety standards and compliance requirements

Work Schedule & Conditions

  • Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call as required

  • Fast-paced logistics environment

  • On-site role; remote work is not available
