Job Duties:

• Measure residential, commercial, and industrial sites to ensure accurate construction dimensions and layout.
• Load and unload solar panels and other construction materials, and move materials to designated work areas.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding at construction sites, ensuring stability and safety for workers.
• Assist solar panel installers in various construction activities, including positioning and securing panels.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal according to site guidelines.
• Remove debris at construction sites to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with tasks as needed.
• Perform other activities at construction sites as directed by supervisors or foremen.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
