Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the staff team and ensure that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information properly.
- Greet visitors; ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer.
- Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
- Complete and mail bills, invoices or checks to customers
- Collect, count and disburse money.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Determine and establish office procedures.
- Compile data, statistics, business transactions and other information to support smooth running of business
