Salary: $36.60/Hourly

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Minimum Education: high school

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience.

 Job Duties:

• Manage, provide tasks coordination, and evaluate the restaurant’s daily operation while providing support to food service supervisors and to other kitchen staff.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Identify hiring needs and coordinate the screening, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as needed.
• Prepare orders and schedule delivery of supplies as needed.
• Promote customer satisfaction by providing a fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Address customers complaints and concerns
• Apply company standards of cleanness, freshness and high quality of food and service at all times.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Coordinate closing or opening activities, depending on shifts.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
