Plan and organize daily operations.

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.

Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.

Monitor revenues to determine labor costs.

Recruit staff and set staff work schedules.

Supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for a team of 3-4 people.

Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.

Lead and instruct individuals in their daily tasks.

Address customer complaints or concerns and provide high-quality customer service.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wages: $36.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.
Benefits: 4% days of paid vacation.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food service industory, preferably in a supervisory role

Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
