Hotel Viewmont is located in beautiful surroundings of Logan Lake, BC. We are looking for a MANAGER to join our team at our Hotel located at 19 Apex Drive Logan Lake, BC, V0K 1W0, Canada

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Salary: $37 per hour for 32 hours a week

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Job Description:

• Develop, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of Hotel operations; including setting guidelines for reservations and maintenance work.
• Manage budget to ensure financial stability.
• Track revenues and expenses, adjust financial plans as needed.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
• Help in setting pricing and promotional strategies to attract guests.
• Arranging quotations and engage with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• Hire and manage staff and ensure they receive proper training and assign work schedule.
• Oversee employee performance, provide guidance, and maintain a productive and efficient team for excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Investigate issues, provide solution and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel policies.
• Be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
