Position- Restaurant Manager

Location: 1639 Kenaston Blvd, suite 5F, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Salary: $23.00 / hour
Vacancies: 1 Vacancies
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35hours)
Start date: As soon as possible

Main duties

• Oversee and manage restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff.
• Monitor employee performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, sales reports, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with franchise policies, operational guidelines, and quality assurance programs.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with approved vendors.
• Implement marketing promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities as required.

Job requirements
Languages - English
Education –bachelor’s degree
Experience – 1  year of related experience
