Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire and train new employees on store procedures and customer service standards.
- Prepare staff work schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Order merchandise and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Organize and monitor inventory, including receiving and restocking products.
- Authorize returns, exchanges, and discounts in line with store policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and address supply or service issues.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and merchandising standards.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and staffing reports and conduct performance reviews.
