Job Title: Siding installer
Location: 5726 172B Street, Surrey, BC V3S 4A1
Wage - $28/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions-1
Employment type – Permanent, full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Higher secondary education is required
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in same field
Language: English

Job Duties:

• Installing, repairing, and servicing exterior siding, cladding, architectural panels, flashings, and trims.
• Hanging siding systems including fiber cement, wood, and metal panel products.
• Loading and unloading supplies, cutting and shaping materials (wood, steel, vinyl) to fit.
• Installing moisture barriers, insulation, and rainscreen systems before installing the siding.
• Read and follow drawings and site instructions.
• Utilize hand and power tools following safety procedures.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast paced environment, repetitive tasks, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
Work site environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty.
