Gold Paving Ltd. located at 12893 106A Ave Surrey, BC V3T 2C9 is looking for 2 full-time permanent Dump truck driver to join their team in Surrey, BC as soon as possible.

Job Details:

Salary: $36.60 per hour

Job Type: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours/week                         

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment Conditions: Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

• Load and unload goods
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Perform brake adjustments
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption

 Credentials

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses 

Driver's License (Class 1 or A)

Experience and specialization
Type of trucking and equipment

Dump truck

Communication systems experience

Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
