Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily administrative operations of the law firm.
  • Coordinate administrative services including records management, office procedures, scheduling, and client support operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training, performance monitoring, and workflow guidance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee purchasing of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with lawyers, legal assistants, and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidential legal and corporate records in accordance with firm policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling activities for administrative personnel.
  • Prepare reports, operational summaries, and administrative briefs for senior management review.
  • Oversee client service standards, office maintenance, and overall administrative support functions within the firm.
