Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising logistics staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining operational schedules, and supporting productivity and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• • Evaluate daily operations
  • Monitor department's performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Plan for changes to schedules and policies
  • Prepare reports for senior management
  • Supervise staff
  • Manage finances or budget
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
  • Negotiate for services and preferential rates
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue

Supervision

• Supervise a team of 3–4 employees, including transportation route and crew schedulers.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
