Title of Position : Food Services Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily food sevice operations, including kitchen and prepared food sections
- Coordinate food preparation to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Manage staff, provide trainig, and monitor performance
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Address customer concerns and maintain high sevice standards
- Support the implementation of new menu items and operational procedures

Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time
Wage : $36.00 Hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefits : 4% paid vacation

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food industry
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
