Hairstyling Salon Manager

Alpha D Hair Salon is looking for a full time hairstyling salon manager.
Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Hair Salon

- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

- Plan and control budget and inventory

- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems

- Make marketing and advertising strategies with the owner

- Hire, train and supervise staff

 

Skills and Experiences:

- vocational certificates in hairstyling or related area is required

- 3 years or more experience as a hairstylist is required

 

Language:

- Oral and written English skills

Job Type:

• Full Time

 

Compensation:

• $37.5/hour, 30-40 hrs/week
