Job Type

Salary

$36.10/hour, paid bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, review, and maintain vendor contracts, service agreements, invoices, and procurement records to ensure cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and analyze budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense plans to achieve financial and profitability targets
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, productivity, and adherence to company standards
  • Evaluate inventory levels and equipment needs; authorize purchases and ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Monitor daily sales, cash flow, purchasing, and financial transactions; identify and correct variances
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules according to business volume and labour budgets
  • Review payroll data, verify employee hours, and ensure compliance with employment standards and company policies
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including orientation, training, and coordination of uniforms and materials
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, food safety standards, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational performance; recommend improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency

 Education

  • College diploma (relevant trade education is an asset)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of supervision or management experience
  • Experience in a similar field is an asset
  • Must be available to work mixed shifts as required
