Salary: $38.00 to 40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan and implement effective communication and marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services.

Develop and update marketing and communication policies to support business objectives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication programs.

Coordinate the preparation and publication of reports, promotional materials, website content, newsletters, and other written communications.

Create informative and promotional content to increase public awareness and customer engagement.

Promote company events, workshops, meetings, and promotional activities through various marketing channels.

Supervise, train, and support marketing staff while assisting with recruitment and hiring when required.

Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, purchasing trends, and customer preferences.

Analyze research findings and prepare reports, articles, presentations, and other business documents.

Design surveys and questionnaires to gather customer feedback and measure public opinion.

Assist in preparing and managing business, sponsorship, and promotional agreements when required.

Provide marketing advice and recommendations to support organizational growth and business development.

Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and promotional resources.

Maintain databases of prospective clients, business partners, franchise opportunities, and online business listings.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.

Assist in developing and implementing business plans that align with the organization's marketing and growth strategies.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completion of College/CEGEP Diplona.
- Experience will be considered as an Asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong English Verbal and Written communication skills with a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment.
- Highly organzied, dependable and detail - oriented.
- Client- focued individual with strong commitment to teamwork.
